Most Indian employers mark the interview, not a PDF. When a visa or university form needs IELTS, we run that paper live — ₹2,499/month, six mocks, speaking labs. The test board issues the score. We train it.

For speaking time, usually no. Typical Kolkata classrooms run 25–40 students, so most learners speak once a week. Public 3-month packages often sit at ₹1,500–₹6,000 plus commute. Online small-batch classes remove the commute, keep morning/evening/weekend IST slots, and give every learner the mic in every hour. Peer energy is the one thing a packed room still does well — we replace that with live polls, debates and a WhatsApp batch group.

Speaking time is the whole point. In a 60-minute class with around 6 learners, each learner can get roughly 8–10 minutes of actual speaking and correction. In a 30-student batch that drops to under 2 minutes, and most learners spend the hour listening to someone else practise. Small batches also mean the teacher can remember your specific errors week to week and correct the same mistake until it disappears.

We don't run a refund policy — instead, you attend a full free live demo class before you pay anything, so you already know exactly what the batch, teacher and teaching style are like before you enrol. That's why we'd rather you decide upfront than ask for money back afterwards.

A reschedule can be requested only within the same week and depends on teacher and slot availability. Every class is also recorded and shared for revision.

Yes. Direct 1:1 contact with the teacher outside class is assured when a learner genuinely needs help. This is personal support, not a scheduled monthly 1:1 feedback session.
