What freeze actually is
You think of a sentence. Then you inspect it: tense, article, “is this too simple?” The inspection is the freeze. Fluent speakers stall out loud with a phrase (“the thing is…”) instead of going silent. Interactive class trains the stall, on purpose, in a batch small enough that being wrong costs nothing.
If you cannot form the sentence yet, start with Spoken English first. Interactive assumes there is language to retrieve. The picker is which class you need.

Stall phrases: what fluent speakers say instead of silence
