Yes, for everyday conversational fluency, if you attend up to 2 live classes a week and practise between them. Our 6-month Basic Spoken English course takes learners from zero — people who cannot form a full sentence — to introducing themselves, handling daily conversations, and speaking for 2 minutes on a topic. Professional and academic fluency (IELTS Band 7+, client presentations) usually needs 9–12 months total. Anyone promising fluency in 30 days is selling you something.
For speaking practice, online small-batch classes are usually better. In a batch of around 6, every learner speaks in every class; in a 30-student offline classroom most learners speak once a week.
