Short answer. You can keep the job and still speak better English. Learn With Smile runs morning, evening and weekend live batches on IST. The class is live. The recording is revision if a release or a shift overruns. Spoken English from ₹999/mo, Workplace English ₹1,999/mo, Interactive ₹1,199/mo. Approx. 6 learners. Message anytime; we reply 09:00–12:00 IST.
Aditya did Workplace English from a back-office calendar and moved to BI Analyst. Vikram cleared a bank promotion board in Delhi while still in the job. The room is built for people who already have a calendar.
The three slots
| Slot | Who it usually fits | What to pick |
|---|---|---|
| Morning | Before office, teachers, early shifts | Spoken or Interactive |
| Evening (~7pm IST) | Standard office end | Workplace English if meetings are the gap |
| Weekend | Night shifts, Sector V / New Town late finishes, BPO rosters | Any of the three — most working learners land here |
If you miss a class
Every class is recorded so a missed session does not wipe the week. A reschedule can be requested only within the same week, and only if the teacher and a seat exist. That is the honest limit. Direct teacher contact on WhatsApp is there when you genuinely need help — not as a second timetable of 1:1 classes.
Which course while you work
- Daily talk still shaky → Spoken English, 6 months, ₹999/mo.
- You freeze on calls you could write → Interactive, 3 months.
- Meetings, clients, emails, updates → Workplace English, 3 months, ₹1,999/mo. Then client calls and presentations.
- Hindi- or Bengali-medium start → that guide.
What a working week can look like
Two live hours. Ten to fifteen minutes a day: one voice note, one status update said out loud, one sentence reused from class. That is enough. More than that and people quit. How long fluency takes if you want the 6-month clock.
We reply to WhatsApp 09:00–12:00 IST. You can message at midnight. The human answer arrives in that morning window. No surprise sales call.
Tell us your shift. We will suggest morning, evening or weekend — and Spoken, Interactive or Business.
